The Chongqing Global Towers Development brief requested a landmark development and luxury living catalyst for the City.

The masterplan, totalling c.1.4 million m2  comprises three towers, clusters of residential and serviced apartments, retail space and landscaping.

aLL Design proposed towers of varying heights from 43 to 59 storeys. Two towers are residential and the third hosts serviced apartments. The design includes private car parking and private elevators, private front gardens, and swimming pools together with communal gardens and a member’s club.
